Sabal bermudiana L. H. Bail. (Palmae) Bermuda Palmetto A fan palm, native of Bermuda. Trunk eventually to 12m high. Leaves to 3m across with the first third of the leaf undivided, the remainder segmented. Inflorescence shorter than leaves, usually to around 2m; individual flowers to about 4cm. Fruit black, pear-shaped, to around 2cm. Min. 0°C.
