Sophora japonica (L.) Pagoda Tree, Chinese Scholar Tree family Leguminosae. Native to China. Height to 25m (80ft). Clusters of white flowers in August.
Sorbus family Rosaceae, Whitebeam and Rowan Deciduous trees of 3 forms, 2 of which are commonly found: the Whitebeams with simple, sometimes lobed leaves; and the Rowans with pinnate leaves. Flowers are small, in clusters, and fruits are berry-like. Z5.
