Acacia trigonophylla Meisn. A small spreading shrub with winged stems, decurrent phyllodes ending in a curved point, and globular flower heads, 1 in each leaf axil, native of Western Australia, flowering in October-November. Shrub to 2.5m; leaves cm, triangular, ending in a curved point. Flower heads c. 1.5cm across; pods 5-7.5cm, flat with thickened margins. For well-drained soil, but stands drought and wet, and prefers light shade. Prune after flowering. Min. -3°C.
